I must speak. I cannot stand and not say a word. My heart is troubled, and yet I know God will have the victory! That is my hope and my encouragement to not quit praying, keep fighting the good fight. For there is a prize for those who stand true to HIM!
A nation originally founded on “one nation under God” – a mess! Confusion is at every corner, debates on what’s right – what’s not? Even the confusion of what it means to be a “Christian”? Of course it would be this way-it was this way when Jesus walked the earth – the devil, the Deceiver, KNEW all God’s word (“knowing” God’s word did not make him a BELIEVER and A RECEIVER of the LORD and Savior Jesus Christ- he was still the DEVIL) & twisted it and it’s meaning in hopes for his own selfish pleasure and gain and HE’s still doing the same thing in people’s minds today.
“even so no one knows the things of God, except the spirit of God. NOW we have received, not the spirit of the WORLD, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. These things we also speak not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the HOLY SPIRIT teaches, comparing, spiritual things with spiritual. But the NATURAL man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God,, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them… “FOR who has known the mind of the LORD that he may instruct HIM? But we have the mind of Christ.” 1 Corinthians 2:11-16
Through illumination of the Word, the HOLY Spirit provides HIS saints the capacity to discern divine truth which the spiritually dead are unable to comprehend.
I pray and am praying even more these days for the spiritually blinded eyes and deaf ears to be awakened by the WISDOM of God – for salvation to come to many more before HE comes to wipe out the sin and destruction on this earth forever. I thank God I have the hope of everlasting life in Him, abundant life now, and the hope of a new heaven and new earth that abounds in HIM when He will wipe away every tear, there will be no MORE pain or sorrow, death, sin! I pray for many more to come to find a place of REST in Him today, tomorrow, and for eternity!
