Endless study & meditation. Endless telling.

Endless PRAISE!

Our 13 year old son loves to study, meditate, reflect and TELL the glories of our God through His creation.  It is what he wakes to every morning, and what he thinks about all through the day.  Sometimes others may not understand or tire of his unending chatter.  There is always a balance and order the Lord wants to teach each of us in our passions.  He does love to tell of God’s mighty works.  Not only about creation, but the Savior’s endless love.

If you are a parent, you understand how much our children teach us.  If you are a Believer, you understand the endless works of God’s Holy Word to transform our hearts, minds, souls.  The endless beauty.  The endless love of Christ our Savior and Lord.

From the pony we work with, and teach, that is also teaching us.  To the fellow believer, who we see walking a walk of truth in love.  Standing fast in the faith.  Even with our enemies, how God will work in us, and through us to continue His beautiful work hopefully in them, and above and beyond what we can imagine.

No matter what we face, as Believers we can see and know the glories of the Lord and His endless faithful work. Always holding onto His faithful Word in faith and obedience as promised to work in us.    I am inspired after reading several Psalms this morning of God’s confirming Word, to live out each day as my son sees the glories of the Lord not only in Creation, but in his Savior, in how the Lord is always at work in a Believer’s heart, mind, and soul.  To savor the work of the Lord in a zilliion ways.  Through a rainbow.  A touch.   A word.  A conviction in the heart.  A repentant heart over sin.  The treasuring of Jesus in our fellow brothers and sisters and His promised continued work.  And on…

He is preparing us for the glories forever in eternity.   As we  study, tell,  and praise GOD more and more, for the glories and wonders and work of the Creator, Father, Son, Holy Spirit, Word  now and forevermore.

“The works of the Lord are great, studied by all who have pleasure in them.
His work is honorable and glorious, and His righteousness endures forever.”
Ps. 111:2-3

“Great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom. One generation commends your works to another; they tell of your mighty acts. They speak of the glorious splendor of your majesty- and I will meditate on your wonderful works. They tell of the power of your awesome works- and I will proclaim your great deeds. They celebrate your abundant goodness and joyfully sing of your righteousness.” Psalms 145:3-7
