Beauty For Ashes – Without the Gift of Trial, We Don’t Receive the Gift of Unspeakable Beauty

SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURESDesperate pleas to fit in. We didn’t belong here or there. Seeking that place where we belonged. Pushing on insisting for justice. Fighting battles to fit into a world, we just didn’t fit. Not realizing at the time we were never made to fit into this world. Exhaustion. Rejection. Turned away. Loss. A heart crumbled to ashes. Walls of pride burning away into ashes. Stares and misunderstandings. Assumptions made. Most did not know. Burning away of the life long sin for the desire of approval of men. All turning to ashes. Many changes. Making the changes outwardly, yet the heart still held a tight desperate grip due to fear of being alone. More ashes. Moves to be made that didn’t make sense. Leaving behind so much in many facets of what seemed normal life. Pain. Pain. Mourning and yet much hope in the God of our Salvation! Foundation of Jesus Christ solidly in place to never be moved. A God who was fighting for the conviction and commitment He laid upon hearts to follow Him no matter the cost. Where He leads me I will follow. Though none go with me, still I will follow. Take this world and give me Jesus.. this is not where I belong….

I rejoice today in Beauty in exchange for ashes!!! That’s what this great God has done. What more needs to be said? I have no adequate words of my own to express the beauty HE has bestowed upon us. What I saw as “loss” at the time, was truly no loss at all. What we have gained is pure beauty of the Lord. Beauty inexpressible of a beautiful work done by God almighty. He is so for His children! We see so dimly what is happening. What we do not see at the time of the trials is a very active God, lovingly working out His beautiful plan for our lives.

These WORDS are the only WORDS worthy to express ashes turned to beauty in this personal testimony of LIFE given by Him…

May God be the ONE to speak:
“To those who have sorrow, I will give them beauty instead of ashes. I will give them the oil of joy instead of sorrow, and a spirit of praise instead of a spirit of heaviness. Then they will be called trees of righteousness, planted by the Lord, that He may be honored.”….”Instead of shame you shall have double honor, and instead of confusion they shall rejoice in their portion…everlasting joy shall be theirs…. “For, I the LORD love justice…I will direct their work in truth…I will make them an everlasting convenant…

“I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; For He has clothed me with the garments of salvation” Isaiah 61:3-10

And God speaks again:

“Unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labor in vain.” Ps 127:1

And again: “Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ” Phil 3:8

And… “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–his good, pleasing and perfect will.” Roman 12:2

For us, the challenges He has blessed us with in our lives as a family have been His greatest gifts. Had we not had the gift of trials, we would not have received this unspeakable gift of beauty! Not ever easy to understand initially. His faith implanted in our hearts to look beyond this world’s mindset and up to Him constantly will allow our fleshly hearts to be burned to ashes, in order to restore us to Beauty unspeakable. He is faithful to His WORD. It is true and right and the only WORD truly worthy to speak and to believe.

He has delivered me from a pit a put a song in my mouth…

Into the darkness you shine out of the ASHES we rise there’s no one like you, none like You!Our God is greater, our God is stronger, God you are higher than any other.

Our God is Healer, Awesome in Power, Our God! Our God!

HOPE IN GOD!  BELIEVE ALL HIS WORD!  HE IS FAITHFUL to HIS CHILDREN!  HE LOVES YOU!
