The vast amount of attempts to cause turbulence/tumult, that surrounds and is coming at, is relentless.
I must choose like Mary in Luke 10:38-42, and sit at Jesus feet, focus on Him, and listen intently to His every Word. Taking it in as the deepest and greatest GIFT- it is, into my whole being.
And then, this is it….
“And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” (HALLELUJAH!!!)
Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the POWER OF CHRIST MAY REST UPON ME. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”(2 Cor. 12:9&10)
“Jesus said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. ONE thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her.”
Don’t let the joy be stolen. Set the boundaries, truth n love, hop off the merry-go-round that gets you only going in circles, making no progress forward, stand firm on SOLID ROCK OF JESUS, “be still”, pray in faith, TRUST Jesus. Wait upon Him. Rest in Him.
Jesus is eternal. Make the effort to sit at Jesus’ feet, enjoy Him, and the abundant blessings in Him. When we handle life this way, we can be certain, WE HAVE CHOSEN WISELY, and investments with eternal Reward are assured. Above and beyond, far and wide, what we can imagine, to all generations, FOR HIS GLORY!!!
Truly my soul silently waits for God. He only is my Rock and my salvation. I shall not be moved.
