GOD DOES NOT FORGET

It can be overwhelming walking through what God calls us to do. The enemy is good at whispering doubt, fear, attempting to stop our progress in our efforts in our laboring in love. This is especially true when we are in our weakest, most vulnerable places, physically and emotionally strained and exhausted. In these times of our weakest state of mind and body, the power of the Holy Spirit is working and overcoming. As God promises, His grace is sufficient. His power is made perfect in weakness. Our humans minds, and weak flesh cannot comprehend how this can be? This is why we must obey the call to walk by faith, in His every Word in obedience and hold onto promises, and not by sight.

Our efforts and laboring may seem puny, unending, fruitless- this is far from the truth. The enemy is a liar. We serve the living GOD – the Great I AM. “I AM the way, the truth and the LIFE!!!” In our exhaustion, we persevere for more of His sanctifying work in our own lives, while also in the process of fervently praying for and loving others. Hold on, He is faithful to His Word.

He has promised to reward every good work and labor of love, and he will surely reward yours. Every good work must spring from faith in the name, being, and goodness of God; and every work that is truly good must have love for it’s motive, as it has God for it’s end.

He will lift the weary and show His grace, and make us rise on wings like eagles again. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. The seas of “impossibility” in our minds and understanding caused by fatigue and flesh that is weak, when raised up in belief in the resurrection power of Christ, and approached in submission and obedience, by His power have been parted, are in the process of parting, and WILL part again. We will see His glory and victory.

More than once God has said: “I will not forget” – “I will not forsake”. How precious is His comforting Word, and how precious is He as a Father to know, the tendencies of Believers to “forget” – that GOD does NOT forget. Purposefully He put these very Words in here for a comfort to our souls. He is watching, with us, and actively working on the Believers behalf. Blessed be the name of the Lord.
“…yet I will not forget you.”  Is. 49:15
