I train. I teach I serve. I love. I learn with these men, God has blessed me so richly with. And how my guys served me in so many gentlemen ways this week. I also, long for fellowship with ladies. That has been sparse . I long. I trust in God. He alone satisfies the longing soul, and fills the hungry soul with good things. He knows what His children need.
Yesterday, God’s love rained down in a morning invitation to walk and dine in a restaurant with a girlfriend. (It was the most encouraging, sweetness to my soul. Sharing scriptures and life)My men had prayed for me to be blessed. What an honor they know my needs too. So filled.
Today. Isaac is throwing down breakfast. Other night he made dinner- BLT’S. Watched him battle it out with bacon, cooking stove top way-the attack of the grease. Some of his strategic dodging looked similar to his Karate moves. This morning, he is trying the oven method for making bacon. No grease battles. He will use this time to bless his family. And we will use this time for his writing assignment next week. To add to his personal website. Seeing their strengths, encouraging their ways in delighted learning, is such a gift.
