This is so much fun throwing down with my Isaac. As we cook around the world. Today we all studied ZIMBABWE. Then Isaac baked Zimbabwe Sweet Potatoes Cookies. Together we made African Peanut Soup. I finished with African Cornbread. Family dinner is served! Totally amazed how delicious this food tastes! Never would have imagined peanut soup -so incredible. Sweet potatoes, carrots, cilantro, natural peanut butter, garlic, onion, corriander, chicken broth, tomatoes, spinach, peanuts on top, and rather than lamb or beef, I added chicken. Soooo good with a side of brown rice. So blessed! Ps. 34:8
